First State Building & Design is looking for a Lead Carpenter experienced in all aspects of residential construction including framing, drywall, flooring, tile, windows, doors and trim work. Basic plumbing and electrical skills are preferred but not required.

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned jobs and managing a crew of 2 additional carpenters/laborers to perform all required tasks. This includes scheduling, material procurement, quality control and client management.
